MGS is no more
Ever since the university stopped allowing over night bookings of rooms, and also mainly because there were no new comittee members elected before the end of term in June 2009, the Multiplayer Gaming Society has effectively ceased to be.
We had many good years, thanks to everyone who came to LAN parties and everyone who helped out, especially for the two Underground LANs (or whatever the place is called now!)
These pages remain here as a relic of over ten years (I think it was that long?) of brilliant LAN parties

If anyone at the uni is thinking of resparking the society, and wants to domain or something, find me on irc

Role: The President is the co-ordinator of the Society; they need to be able to solve problems and allow the committee to form effective group decisions. They also interact with most of the official bodies in the SU.
